A prototype of KaBoom


A very ambitious project i made with a classmate of mine.
We brainstormed so many cool ideas microStudio began to be not ideal to develop this project in, so I'm planning on remaking this one in a nearby future.
Won't make spoilers, but it's going to be a cool arcade; if not one of my future projects.

So, why did you stop development?
I simply didn't have time or will and grew tired of microScript. Next, I plan on making this in the Godot engine.

What are your future plans?
Won't tell! It's a secret! :)

Where did you take the assets?
All the sprites have been made by us, the sound effects too. What we did not make was the background music, wich I can't remember the source..

Are there any Easter-Eggs?
Not many, just what i would consider to be a neat one. It's when your character dies.

How's the main character called?
He's KaB. I can't remember his full name..

How are the enemies called?
I decided to call them "oom"s. You see the pattern, here?

Why does KaB have a shield on its back?
Great question. He's not the smartest of guys.
He says it helps him when there are too many enemies nerby, though.
He gains no points if an enemy approaches him shielded.

What is KaB supposed to be?
He's a cannon projectile. And he shoots cannon projectiles, yeah.
